Amid starring in the Emmy-winning comedy series “Portlandia” and leading the band on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” funnyman Fred Armisen somehow found time to make an appearance in “Zoolander 2” and visit TODAY. He says “Portlandia” is more a tribute to hipsters than mockery of them, and demonstrates the difference between Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island and Queens accents.
