Fox Sports reporter Jen Hale talks about cardiomyopathy diagnosis
Fox Sports reporter Jen Hale was shocked when her shortness of breath and extreme fatigue turned out to be cardiomyopathy, a serious hereditary disease of the heart muscle. Doctors told her she had a five-year life expectancy unless she could get a heart transplant. Luckily, she started taking a medication that saved her life.
