Jeh Johnson, former secretary of homeland security, and Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan join TODAY to comment on last week’s Capitol riots. “This could have been avoided if it could have been anticipated,” Johnson says, warning of an “outpouring of something that has been festering for some time.” Noonan says: “Both parties in a bipartisan way right now should move quickly and decisively.
