Former FBI official: Paris attackers ‘collaborated off the radar’


Shawn Henry, a former executive assistant director for the FBI, tells TODAY’s Matt Lauer that the Paris attackers “collaborated off the radar,” making it difficult for intelligence agencies to anticipate them. He says the arrests made since are not all directly related to the attacks, but may also be focusing on preventing copycat attacks. He also says that law-enforcement agencies are strained by the challenge.
