A former prosecutor in the Bill Crosby sex assault case, Bruce Castor, told a judge Tuesday that he personally believed Cosby's accuser when she said she had been inappropriately touched by Cosby in 2004. However, Castor said he did not bring charges because he felt the woman might not be a credible trial witness. Cosby is back in court today, asking a judge to throw out the case.
