Ford and Walmart team to test self-driving car deliveries
Ford Motor Company and Walmart are teaming up to test self-driving car deliveries. Initially, a human driver will operate the vehicle, but the driver will have no interaction with customers. Eventually, the companies plan to remove the driver and use self-driving vehicles. The project will take place in the Miami area starting in 2019.
