Uber driver Robert Westlake, who fatally shot another aggressive driver who threatened him in an incident the local sheriff in Florida called a classic “stand your ground” case, is telling his side of the story for the first time. He defended his actions saying, “Everything to me said don’t get shot.” The fatal confrontation Tuesday was caught on dash cam video. NBC’s Tammy Leitner reports for TODAY.
