Florida Gov. Rick Scott announces new rules for nursing homes after Irma
Eight people in a Florida nursing home died when it lost power after Hurricane Irma blew through the state last week. Now, Gov. Rick Scott is making changes to the way nursing homes and assisted living facilities prepare for natural disasters. He says they must have generators that are able to supply power for at least four days.
