Flight MH370 probably out of control, descending fast before crash, new report says

Two and a half years after Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 went missing, investigators say new satellite data analysis suggests that the plane went down at a high and increasing rate of descent and was most likely out of control. The position of the wing flaps discovered indicates the plane was not in a landing position when it hit the water. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
