Flexible ‘workcations’ let employees stay connected far away from the office
There is a popular trend largely among millennials where companies are allowing employees to work remotely more often. While some see it as an excuse to stay in bed, others are traveling around the world and getting to spend extra time with friends and family – all while still getting their work done.
