First uterus transplant fails after 'sudden complication'


The first attempt at a uterus transplant in the U.S. has failed after sudden complications forced the removal of the uterus, but the patient, a 26-year-old woman named Lindsey is recovering, Cleveland Clinic doctors said Wednesday. TODAY’s Tamron Hall reports.
