Federal COVID-19 vaccine stockpile depleted, frustrating states


States around the U.S. are learning that that the federal government never had the stockpile of coronavirus vaccines they were counting on, and that’s putting some second doses in jeopardy. President-elect Joe Biden announced Friday that he’ll deploy FEMA and the National Guard to help set up clinics across America to vaccinate 100 million people in his first 100 days.
