FBI reportedly foils plot to sell nuclear materials to ISIS

According to The Associated Press, the FBI has foiled several attempts by Russian-linked smugglers to sell nuclear materials to Muslim extremists, including ISIS. There have been at least four such attempts over the past five years. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports from London. Michael Leiter, former director of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center, tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that reports of Muslim terrorists getting nuclear materials are “not a new concern” but have to be taken seriously.
