FBI investigates possible hate crime killing in Charleston

William Pulliam, a 62-year-old white man shot black teen, James Means, calling him a "piece of trash" in Charleston, West Virginia, Monday. FBI are investigating the murder as a possible hate crime because according to police the 15-year-old was not armed. NBC’s Ron Allen reports.
