The FBI has been hit with a $20 million wrongful death claim from the family of James DiMaggio. DiMaggio was shot to death for allegedly abducting a teenage girl and allegedly murdering her relatives. An attorney for DiMaggio’s sister says the FBI did not respond appropriately during its rescue efforts. NBC’s Joe Fryer has the story.Aug. 1, 2015
