Eyewitness Jeff Hoffman tells TODAY that he and the two people with him were “essentially next to the explosion” when the first blast went off in Brussels Airport Tuesday morning. He says he saw “a large number of causalities on the ground – it did not look like were going to be looking for survivors.”March 22, 2016
