Eyewitness: Belgians given ‘contradictory instructions’ in wake of attacks

Politico’s senior European Union correspondent Ryan Heath, an eyewitness to the train explosions in Belgium, says it’s been “quite chaotic” there since Tuesday morning’s attacks, with many people given “contradictory instructions” about whether to stay home or go to work. He says that many people have been “forced to rely on their gut instincts.”March 22, 2016
