Emergency calls made EVERY HOUR for kids ingesting laundry pods
Alarming new statistics show that more than 32,000 calls have come in to Poison Control Centers since 2012 about a child who has ingested laundry detergent, often from a small pod. And Safe Kids Worldwide says a child is hospitalized at least once a day. NBC’s Tom Costello reports.
