Last week’s boardwalk fire in Seaside Park, N.J., could be an aftereffect of Hurricane Sandy, investigators argue. The fire apparently started due to damaged electrical wiring, and people are warned that similar dangers may be hidden under boardwalks and homes that were affected by floodwaters last October.Sept. 18, 2013
