As President Trump signals his eagerness to reopen the company for business, White House coronavirus coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx tells TODAY that “we have to be willing to adjust our plans as we see impact” and that we need to “look at data in a granular way.” She says that “cases you are seeing right now” are “people who got exposed and sick two weeks ago,” but warns New York residents: “You are in a very difficult place.”
