Sources close to Donald Trump reveal the GOP candidate was upset about being upstaged by running mate Mike Pence’s performance in the vice presidential debate, but in public Trump has taken credit for choosing Pence. To practice for the next presidential debate this Sunday, Trump will host a town hall event on Thursday, NBC News has learned.
