Donald Trump takes aim at China; Hillary Clinton returns to Senate


President-elect Donald Trump formally introduced Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad as his pick for ambassador to China while blasting that country for “not playing by the rules.” Democrats are taking aim at his pick of fast-food executive Andrew Puzder for secretary of labor, with Sen.
