President-elect Donald Trump announced Tuesday that he will nominate Georgia Rep. Tom Price, a frequent critic of Obamacare, to head the Department of Health and Human Services. Meanwhile, speculation continues over Trump’s preference for his secretary of state, with the candidates including former CIA director David Petraeus as well as Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney.
