Donald Trump military adviser: US military has ‘frustration’ over Obama policies


Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a retired Army officer who led the Defense Intelligence Agency and is now serving as an advisor to Donald Trump, tells TODAY that Trump has “enormous respect” for the military and points to “a lot of frustration” among the military about current U.S. international policy. He says that the U.S. probably could have prevented the rise of ISIS a few years ago “had we made smarter decisions.”
