Dog with duct-taped mouth elicits outrage, police investigating
In Florida, police have launched an animal cruelty investigation after a photo of a dog with its muzzle wrapped in duct tape appeared on Facebook in a post from its owner Katie Brown that read "This is what happens when you dont shut up!!!," bringing immediate backlash from people around the world.
