Thanks to new technology that looks at the DNA of crime suspects and compares them to publically-available DNA results from popular genetic tests, one 30-year-old murder mystery has been solved. Police in Fort Wayne, Indiana, have arrested a suspect in connection to the 1988 death of 8-year-old April Tinsley. NBC senior national correspondent Kate Snow reports for TODAY.July 17, 2018
