Delayed election results raise concerns about mail-in voting


With the presidential election 94 days away, concerns are being raised about mail-in ballots, their validity and the delays that follow in the counting process. In one New York congressional district, about 20% of mail-in ballots in a recent election were deemed invalid. NBC’s Ellison Barber reports for Weekend TODAY.
