Death toll soars in Indonesia earthquake as hundreds await rescue

An estimated 100 people have been killed in the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck the Indonesian resort islands of Lombok and Bali on Sunday night. Thousands of buildings, bridges and roads have been destroyed or damaged, and rescuers are still unable to reach some areas. Officials say the death toll is likely to rise.
