Deadly Florida bridge collapse: Is accelerated construction to blame?
The NTSB has a team of 15 on the scene of the collapse of a pedestrian bridge in Miami Thursday that has killed at least six people. Among the questions they’ll probe: Is the accelerated construction technique used in erecting the bridge to blame? NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
