Cutting back on social media can make you happier, study says
Researchers at University of Pennsylvania found that limiting time on social platforms such as Facebook or Snapchat leads to a reduction in feelings of loneliness and depression. The study found that students who reduced their daily use to 10 minutes per day for each app experienced significant declines in depressive symptoms.
