In a speech overnight, President Trump falsely claimed victory in the still-undecided presidential race and threatened to take the fight to the Supreme Court. NBC justice correspondent Pete Williams tells TODAY that an appealed lawsuit in Pennsylvania would be likeliest to end up before the Supreme Court.
