Controversy widens over Trump’s treatment of military families
President Donald Trump’s condolence call to the widow of a fallen soldier prompted a public feud with a congresswoman over her claim that he told the widow her husband “knew what he signed up for.” This comes as the father of a fallen solider claims he never received $25,000 promised by the commander in chief, which was paid soon after the news broke.
