An emergency hearing is scheduled to discuss the whereabouts of Michael Borcina, a contractor involved in the 2011 Christmas Day fire in Connecticut that killed the parents and three young daughters of Madonna Badger. The hearing will also discuss why Borcina has not turned over construction documents that were requested as part of the investigation.
