A House committee has taken a big step toward prohibiting the use of e-cigarettes on planes. The panel considered the ban Thursday, and at one point there was a cloud of opposition from Rep. Duncan Hunter, who was vaping during the hearing. The ban was passed despite his protest.Feb. 12, 2016
