Congress is planning to take action against the ever-shrinking airline seat. A new bill would require the FAA to set minimum dimensions for passenger seats, including legroom and width. The bill also blocks the involuntary bumping of passengers who have already boarded a plane. Congress is expected to vote on the measure this week, TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.
