Congress reconvenes to vote on USPS legislation


Congress is back in Washington on Saturday to vote on a House measure that would require no changes to the Postal Service and provide $25 billion for the financially trained agency. This comes as Post Master General Louis DeJoy testified that he would halt any changes that had begun. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for Weekend TODAY.
