Congress plans to delay possible government shutdown
Rumors are circling in Washington, D.C., of a possible deal to avoid to a partial government shutdown over funding of the border wall. Due to the funeral services of President George H.W. Bush, there is an agreement to push Friday’s government funding deadline back two weeks. NBC White House correspondent Hallie Jackson reports for TODAY.
