Cleveland security increased for RNC after terror attack in Nice

Following the attack in Nice, France, Cleveland police say they have adapted their security plan to include blockading key roads around the Republican National COnvention. The other concern that police have is that people will come to the convention carrying their guns. Ohio has an open carry law for firearms. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
