Leaders with the Anti-Defamation League, the NAACP and other civil rights groups met Tuesday with Facebook executives Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg to discuss demands as the social media giant faces mounting pressure to stop the spread of hate speech and misinformation.
