Chuck Todd: Trump ‘saved himself’ from even worse defeat in Iowa
Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd says Donald Trump may have “saved himself” from an even more humbling defeat by Ted Cruz in Iowa through his efforts in the last 10 days before the caucuses. MSNBC political analyst Nicolle Wallace says the Ted Cruz camp was confident going into last night’s victory in Iowa. As for Hillary Clinton, Todd says she avoided a “complete disaster” with her narrow win in the state, but her campaign is “acting like they lost,” while Sanders’ supporters are “acting like they won.”
