NBC political director Chuck Todd and chief White House correspondent Hallie Jackson join TODAY with analysis of the results of crucial Senate runoff elections in Georgia. “Donald Trump just turned things on its head,” Todd says. “It really did create this perfect sort of political storm.” Jackson says that if both Georgia runoffs are won by Democrats, “it makes it easier for President Biden to get his agenda through, staring with COVID relief.”
