Christine Blasey Ford negotiates terms for testifying


Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford, the California professor who accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, reportedly told lawmakers that Ford is now open to testifying at the earliest on Thursday. She also does not want Kavanaugh present. Her attorneys also stressed Ford has a “strong preference” for a full FBI investigation first, but is not demanding it.
