Charlotte protests turn violent again; man shot, state of emergency declared


The governor of North Carolina has declared a state of emergency as violent protests in Charlotte continue for a second night following the shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott. A protester was shot by another civilian during the chaos, authorities say, and now is in critical condition. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from Charlotte.
