Charlotte protests mostly peaceful; Keith Lamont Scott’s family views video

It was a night of mostly peaceful protests in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the wake of the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, with some officers choosing not to enforce the curfew set by the city’s mayor. Scott’s family was reportedly allowed to privately view the videos of the shooting, and their attorney said the video was inconclusive. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from Charlotte.
