Charleston shooting, 1 year later: Pastor’s wife recounts his last moments

Charleston shooting survivor Jennifer Pinckney is speaking exclusively with TODAY’s Craig Melvin, one year after gunman Dylann Roof entered the Emanuel A.M.E. Church in Charleston, South Carolina and killed nine people. Her late husband, Rev. Clementa Pickney, was the pastor at the church, and was gunned down along with eight others during a bible study. Jennifer recounts the last moments she ever spent with her husband and how she and daughter Malana hid under a desk to survive the massacre. Their full interview airs Saturday, June 18, on TODAY.
