‘Caroline's Cart’ for kids with special needs to be available nationwide

Next month, Target will become the largest chain to offer "Caroline's Cart" shopping carts for kids with special needs in most of its stores. The cart was designed by an Alabama mother who found it hard to control a shopping cart and her daughter Caroline's wheelchair at the same time, and it has a built-in, larger safety seat.
