California wildfires burn 200,000 acres; death toll climbs to 40

More than 100,000 people have been evacuated in California as 16 wildfires continue to burn. Winds in the area are bringing less predictability as crews tackle the flames. At least 40 people have been confirmed dead. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports for Sunday TODAY from Santa Rosa.
