California’s Death Valley posts hottest month ever on Earth

It’s been an incredibly hot July across the nation, and California’s Death Valley is experiencing the hottest month ever recorded on Earth. The average temperature was 120 degrees, with the warmest day reaching 127 degrees. TODAY’s Al Roker reports with the daily forecast.
