California fully reopens economy, but concerns about Delta variant grow


After 15 months of pandemic lockdowns, California has lifted its COVID-19 restrictions on businesses as more states reach the 70 percent vaccination threshold. But new concerns are being raised about the highly contagious Delta variant of the coronavirus. NBC national correspondent Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY from Los Angeles.
