Overnight, British authorities announced that they plan to send investigators to the U.S. to interview Anne Sacoolas, the wife of an American diplomat. She has admitted she was driving on the wrong side of the road when she killed British teenager Harry Dunn on his motorcycle. NBC national correspondent Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY.
